Starting a Collection: Achievement STEAM of Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus

Max's Toys Records Gold Übercommander Death Cards Starcards Concept Art Readables Collectibles get marked on the map via yellow icons after defeating the Commander in the area. The Übercommander Death Cards are found by using the Enigma machine and hunting down Übercommanders. Each Übercommander drops a card. This is best done after the story. The enigma machine is found in the 'Evas Hammer' area (the hub area that you visit between missions and after the story). There's a chair by the level select console that you can sit in to decipher enigmas.
