Health / AP:
Your health / AP must change before you see changes.
Always Perfect Timed Action:
While active you always get perfect result in the quick time action during battle.
You still need to press the correct button but your timing does not matter anymore.
Attribute Points / EXP:
Using hotkey will change the values of all party members. If you only want to change
a value for a specific character use the editor.
Unlimited Item Usage:
While active your items will not decrease on use/drop. May only work outside of battles.
