Download Trainer
Actually it is very rare to find games containing cheats because game developers are not interested at keeping them in their games. So the creation of cheats is executed by external programmers that spend their time and skills into the creation of trainers, programs that let you cheat on a particular game. They do it for passion or for money. Whatever the motivation, it's right to reward them for the time spent on their work.
Paid Cheats and Trainers are better in quality, contains more functionalities. They are maintained and supported by their developers.

Notes
This does not protect you from scripted deaths. You may have to
toggle back on and off between missions or after loads or cutscenes.
Note that this option won't function or 'work' until you have attacked
or been attacked. So in the game, it might be necessary to actually
have dealt damage or be damaged before the option will work. If it
seems you are taking damage with option ON, then turn off, throw
a few blows, then turn back on. So just starting the game and then
turning this on, probably won't work. It works best when you are
in combat.
Numpad 2: Invisible - toggle on and you are instantly invisible. In fact you
are invisible to the game as well in many cases. Use this to quickly
vanish or to easily assassinate. While this is on, many scripted events
or waypoints will not 'activate', so use when necessary and toggle off
when not needed. So in the game, it might be necessary to actually
have dealt damage or be damaged before the option will work. If it
seems you are being seen with option ON, then turn off, throw
a few blows at something else other than your stealth target, or if you
are trying to escape then fight for a bit, then turn back on. So just
starting the game and then turning this on, probably won't work. It works
best when you are in combat. So if you are on a mission where you need
to stealthily attack someone, perhaps cause some combat first somewhere
else, then toggle this on, make sure you are invisible, then proceed to
the target.
Numpad 3: Add Money - press ESC to enter the MENU then press this key to add more.
You may have to leave the menu and come back to see it has increased.
Numpad 4: Add XP - press ESC to enter the MENU then press this key to add more.
Each press adds 1000, or you can customize the amount. You need to
earn legitimate XP to see it rise in your HUD. Note that if you have
the max number of skill points (91 or 92) then your XP will no longer
have gains. So if it seems your XP is no longer gaining, or your
Skill Points won't show, then use the option below to set your skill
points to something like 89 (or lower), then set the XP to 999, then
the next attack where you earn XP will likely give you another SP. If you
have levelled up everything in the game you can spend Skill Points
on, there is no need to even work with or use XP any longer.
Numpad 5: Skill Points - - press ESC to enter the MENU then press this key to
give you the maximum number of skill points. You will need to earn
XP at least ONCE for it to be available to you in the SKILLS menu.
You can customize the amount (i.e. reset it to zero) if you like as well,
which will allow you to regain XP again. If it seems your XP is no longer
gaining, or your Skill Points won't show, then use the option below to set
your skill points to something like 89 (or lower), then set the XP to 999, then
the next attack where you earn XP will likely give you another SP. If you
have levelled up everything in the game you can spend Skill Points
on, there is no need to even work with or use XP any longer. Please note
also that the number of skill points shown is actually a combination of
the number of skill points you have collected (or set using this option)
AND the number of skill points that you have spent. So if you have
spent a lot of skill points already, then use higher numbers, otherwise
the points won't show. The best way to use XP and Skillpoints is to set
the XP to 999 using the custom trainer ability, and the Skillpoints to 90
using the custom trainer ability, then use the two options, then actually
earn some XP, which will gain a Skill point. You will then likely never
need to worry about XP or Skill points in the game again, as you now have
enough points to unlock almost everything. Remember that the Skillpoints
WONT SHOW if you don't have enough of them to cover the amount you have
spent already (i.e. the number you set it to is lower than the number you
have already spent), OR if you haven't levelled up a skill point by earning
XP (1000 XP), OR if you already have 91 skillpoints, the XP will never
level up and you will never see the skillpoints upgrade again.
Numpad 6: Unlimited Items/Ammo - toggle this on and many weapons, throwables,
ammo, consumables will be unlimited.
Numpad 7: No Reload - toggle on and many weapons the have a clip will not need
to be reloaded when fired.
Numpad 8: Resources - toggle this on and then press ESC to enter the MENU and the
click E-Store and note the amount of resources you have on the top right.
The leave the E-Store and come back and note the values have increased.
Toggle option off when not needed.
