On the fly: Achievement PSN of Ruiner

You will encounter multiple Angels throughout the game, after depleting their health bar they will spew out 3 canisters to be destroyed.  Take the Frag thrower skill and spam it when the Angel begins to eject the canisters. If you have issues hitting them or mistiming your grenade, use slow-mo.
