Face Your Anger: Achievement PSN of Life is Strange: Before the Storm

Once Rachel leaves and you go into smashy-mode, go over to the sign (It sort of looks like a basketball ring) and press any of the shape buttons to bring it down, then do the same thing with paint that's in-front of the sign, you'll now be able to do some graffiti on the sign. Make sure you don't smash anything else first to make sure that the cutscene doesn't trigger before you've applied the graffiti.
