Glitch of Death: Achievement PSN of South Park: The Fractured But Whole

First, you must lower an enemy's health and inflict him with a status effect that deals damage over time (buring, grossed out, bleeding, shocked). Even better, inflict a combination of multiple status effects to make things easier. Now when the enemy is attacking you, use TimeFart Glitch (press + ,   + ). This will skip his turn but he takes damage from the status effects. When the enemies dies from this it gives you the trophy.
The TimeFart Glitch is automatically unlocked during a main quest in Night 1 of the story.
