Scapes is Gran Turismo Sport's rendition of a photo mode. There is a broad selection of locations which you can choose and place your cars in. There even is a free DLC on the PSN-store which adds hundreds of additional scenes for you to choose. It's 9,3 GB large and can be found here (EU) or here (NA).
The Scape mode can be chosen from the top of the main screen. Pick any place you like and start to fill the scene with at least one of your cars. Once you are set, switch to the camera and start taking pictures. If you don't want to create a hundred different pictures, you can also shoot the same motive over and over again. To quickly do so, press , , , one hundred times.
